On Reformation Sunday 2000, members of Trinity ELC
celebrated the
55th anniversary of Pastor Emeritus,
Rev. Maurice J. Hart's
ordination.

Pastor Hart is shown holding the commemorative plaque that members of his family had engraved with the poem he wrote in 1948.

Dear Jesus Think of Me
Dear
Jesus think of me, as 'lone with Thee I rest,
And give to Thee the burdens of a tired weary breast.
Lord
Jesus think of me, nor let my plea be vain,
But give me strength and faith and hope that I might rise again.
Lord
Jesus think of me, as forth to serve I go,
Refreshed, relieved and fortified, Thy love of me to know.
And
when with struggles o'er, my course at last I've run,
Then let me know the peace and joy of lasting victory won.
