What We Believe -
God is the creator of all that is, including you and me. -
God comes down to us in order to show us we are loved, accepted, and
forgiven. At no time do we have to
work our way up to God. -
God gives us faith so that we can hear and accept all God’s promises for a
new and changed life here and an eternal life forever. -
When we look at Jesus we see God. -
The Bible is the inspired word of God and is the written source of a
Christian’s faith and life. -
Through the Holy Spirit, God lives in and through us today. -
The Holy Spirit still comes to us through Baptism and the Lord’s Supper -
We are at the same time 100% sinners and 100% saints. We do both good and evil daily. We trust in the Lord’s grace because we
will never be perfect. -
The Lord does free us from sin to live a new life. -
We serve others just as Christ served us. -
Jesus is coming again at a time we will not know. |
